After 30 years of service or upon reaching the age of 65, missionaries are eligible to retire as members of Ethnos360. Retirement can mean many things. For some it means continuing to minister in Bible translation, working in the finance office, or volunteering in some other ministry. For others, it is becoming more active in their church or settling closer to family, or retirement could be a combination of these options.
